Adstringo: Ties one's shoes.
Anapneo: Clears a target's airway if blocked.
Lumos: Creates a narrow beam of light that shines from the wand's tip, like a torch.
Nox: Turns off the light produced by Lumos.
Wingardium Leviosa: Allows the user to make an object levitate.
---- Year Two
Cantusolitaire: Causes functional musical instruments to play themselves.
Expellimellius: Causes a victim's clothing to combust (without causing harm to the one wearing them). This leaves the victim completely disrobed.
Locomoto Mortis: Locks the legs together, preventing the victim from moving the legs in any fashion.
Rennervate: Revives a stunned person.
Reparo: Repairs an object destroyed by non-magical means.
---- Year Three
Arenafy: Turns glass into sand.
Bubblio: Puts a large bubble of air around the head of the user. Used as a magical equivalent of a breathing set.
Describulus: Copies handwritten material from one object onto the surface of another object, such as a scroll.
Expelliarmus: This spell is used to disarm another wizard, typically by causing the victim's wand to fly out of reach. It can also throw the target backwards when enough power is put into it.
Nasusarciro: Heals a bloody nose.
---- Year Four
Aguamenti: Produces a jet of water from the tip of a wand.
Deflagro: Restores an object which has been burnt, even to ashes. This excludes damage caused by dark magic.
Finite: Negates the effects of spells.
Protego: The Shield Charm causes minor to moderate jinxes, curses, and hexes to rebound upon the attacker.
Tergio: A spell used to siphon matter from a surface, eg. blood, ink, dust, etc.
---- Year Five
Accio: This charm summons an object to the caster, potentially over a significant distance. It can be used in two ways: by casting the charm, and then naming the object desired, or by pointing the wand at the desired object during or immediately following the incantation to "pull" it toward the user.
Shieldus Eradicus: Emits a red light from the wand which destroys average protective barrier charms on contact. Destroying more powerful shield charms can be accomplished by a group effort.
Specialis Revelio: Causes an object to reveal hidden magical properties.
---- Year Six
Phasmaculeus: A spell which causes crippling pain to ghosts. This is considered by some to be a form of Dark Magic. It's effects are much like the Cruciatus Curse.
Proteanus: Causes copies of an object to be remotely affected by changes made to the original.
